In the window that opens click Add and select mail. A new window appears.
Your "Display name" is the name that your recipients will see. Usually this is your full name. Enter your name and click Next.
Email address: Replies to your emails will be sent to this address. Please ensure that you enter this correctly. Enter your email address then click Next.
Enter the information below in the next screen:
Ensure that POP3 is selected in the "My incoming mail server is a... selector.
Incoming mail server: enter mail.shiraz.co.uk here.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): enter mail.shiraz.co.uk here.
Click Next.
The next pane requires your server details:
Account name: Enter your full email address (address@domain.com).
Password: Enter your password here. and tick the box "Remember password".
Click Next.
Click Finish.
A new account now appears in the "Internet Accounts" window, called mail.shiraz.co.uk. Click this then click Properties on the right. A new window opens.
At the top of this new window, click Servers.
At bottom of this pane tick the option: "My server requires authentication"
