How to set up Outlook 2002 / 2003

  • On the main menu click Tools then E-mail Accounts.
     
  • In the screen that opens select "Add a new e-mail account" then click Next.
     
  • In the screen select "POP3" then click Next.
     
  • Enter the information below in the next screen:
  • Your Name: Enter your name here, as you would like it to appear to your recipients.
     
  • Email Address: Enter your email address. Replies to your emails will be sent to this address.
     
  • User Name: You can enter you m***** number or your full email address (name@domain.com).
     
  • Password: Enter your password here and tick the box "Remember password".
     
  • Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.shiraz.co.uk
     
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.shiraz.co.uk
     
  • Click "More Settings"
  • At the top of the new screen, click on "Outgoing Server".
  • Tick the box "My outgoing server requires authentication".
  • Select "Use same settings as my incoming server".
  • Click OK.
  • Click Next.
  • Click Finish.
